These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website filtrazen.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from RAPS Global Group Pty Ltd, trading as Filtrazen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Filtrazen is a trading name and trademark of RAPS Global Group Pty Ltd (ABN 33 692 250 614), an Australian private company registered for GST, operating from South Australia. Contact: support@filtrazen.com.
2. Products
We sell shower filtration products, including the ClearFlow Shower Kit and ClearFlow Refill Capsules. Product images are for illustration and minor variations may occur. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including filtration performance, which depends on local water conditions, water temperature, flow rate, and correct installation and replacement of capsules.
Our products are designed to fit standard Australian shower arm fittings. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering.
Filtrazen products are not intended to render water potable, treat medical conditions, or serve as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a diagnosed skin or health condition, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout via the payment methods displayed. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full.
We may run promotional pricing, free-shipping periods, and discount codes from time to time. Promotions apply only during their stated period, cannot be applied retroactively, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
4. ClearFlow Club subscription
• The ClearFlow Club is an auto-renewing subscription that delivers two refill capsules every six months at the subscription price displayed at checkout, with free shipping.
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
• We will send you a reminder email before each renewal is billed.
• You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time after your first refill delivery via your account or by emailing support@filtrazen.com. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. See our Order Cancellation Policy for details.
• Subscription pricing and inclusions (including any free gifts) may change; we will give you reasonable notice before changes affect your renewal.
5. Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Shipping, order cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Installation and use
ClearFlow is designed for simple hand installation without tools. You are responsible for installing the product in accordance with the supplied instructions, hand-tightening only, and replacing capsules as indicated (approximately every three months of typical daily use). We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, over-tightening, use with non-standard fittings without an appropriate adapter, or failure to replace spent capsules, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Filtrazen and ClearFlow names and trademarks, logos, images, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to RAPS Global Group Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.
9. Site use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. Information on the Site is provided in good faith and for general informational purposes; we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
